Get to know Atta!
I am a second-year PhD student in Economics at Emory University, where I study the economics of innovation, firm strategy, and market dynamics. My current research examines how firm-level investments in Artificial Intelligence shape the broader investment decisions of AI‑using firms.
Outside of economics, I enjoy exploring creative worlds. I read fiction, write short stories, and spend time singing and producing musical content. When I need a quick break from research, you’ll usually find me watching a movie or diving into a new TV series—Netflix is my go‑to escape.
I genuinely enjoy connecting with people. Hearing how others see the world—through their experiences, values, and stories—is something I find both grounding and inspiring. It’s always a pleasure to learn from the perspectives of those around me.
